The airport was super close, just half a mile away, making it easy to catch our flight on time 🛫. Our room had a cozy seating area and large windows that let in lots of natural light. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of teas and fresh bakery items.

However, the moment we walked into Kinn Guesthouse Bay View, we were greeted with absolute comfort, peace, and style. It felt like stepping into our dream home. The room was elegantly decorated with tall windows letting in beautiful sunlight. The breakfast served delicious pastries, and the common area was well supplied. The location was fantastic, with great restaurant options and only a short distance from Third Ward. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences like limited parking spots and young children running in the hallways, our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing experience away from home.

The communal kitchen was well equipped with pots, dishes, and coffee. the absence of staff on the premises was convenient, but the owner was easily reachable via text. the room and bathroom were clean, large, and well-maintained. the location was easily accessible, and we enjoyed the convenience of coming in from the cold and rain through an unlocked door.

The guests were disruptive, particularly the children. These unruly kids ran up and down the hall screaming at all hours, which resulted in a noisy and uncomfortable stay.
